Role Summary: Responsible for selling bottled beverages to attendees. The product weighs approximately 45lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate the bleachers to reach fans.
  • Announce beverage availability.
  • Ensure accurate change is provided for all transactions.
  • Deliver service with a positive attitude.

Requirements: Candidates must be in excellent physical shape to carry products and ascend stairs. A confident demeanor is essential for clear communication with customers. Participation in a Fitness Assessment and Orientation at Razorback Stadium is mandatory.

Compensation Structure: BASE HOURLY + COMMISSION + BONUS + TIPS.

The base hourly wage is $8.25, payable via Direct Deposit or Printed Check. Additionally, cash commissions are awarded based on sales performance, along with cash bonuses for achieving sales targets and recognition for top sellers. Customer tips are also included, with top performers earning significantly more than average sellers.
