Key Responsibilities:

  • In accordance with state laws and upon completion of necessary training/certification, Medication Administration Specialists will administer or support self-administration of medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals, while observing and reporting responses to supervisors.
  • Certified Medication Administration Specialists ensure the medication storage area is orderly and sanitized, assist with medication cart inspections, and maintain accurate medication counts. You will also liaise with pharmacies to manage medication deliveries.
  • Completion of training/certification is mandatory as per state regulations.

Compensation Information:
$21.14 per hour
