Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Enrollment Specialist to join our team at IEC CORP GROUP. As an Administrative Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping prospective students navigate the enrollment process and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen potential student applicants by phone and on-site tours and appointments
  • Access the prospective student's ability to meet Federal Motor Carrier regulations and determine eligibility for employment in the transportation industry
  • Provide exceptional customer service during interviews that explain the Sage programs, requirements, attendance, and financial obligation
  • Meet or exceed enrollment objectives as established by the Program Director

Requirements
  • Previous Higher Education Admissions or similar industry experience required (1 year admission experience preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED required, prior post-secondary education or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work day, evening, and weekend scheduled when required
  • Passion for professional education, lifelong learning, and willingness to assist others who are seeking to gain foundational career knowledge in a compliant, team environment
