KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Development:

Provide robust leadership and guidance to Store Managers and their teams.

Recruit, train, and cultivate top-tier talent to ensure each location is staffed with knowledgeable and driven personnel.

Establish clear, actionable goals based on defined performance indicators.

Sales & Financial Management:

Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives and enhance profitability across the region.

Evaluate sales data and market dynamics to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas needing improvement.

Supervise budgeting and financial oversight to guarantee stores operate within set financial guidelines.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure all locations comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, ensure compliance, and offer support.

Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce loss.

Customer Experience:

Uphold the brand's commitment to outstanding customer service by ensuring all locations deliver a superior shopping experience.

Effectively address and resolve customer concerns and issues.

Marketing & Merchandising:

Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to implement promotional initiatives and in-store events.

Ensure uniform visual merchandising standards across all locations to enhance the brand's image and drive sales.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail management software.
