Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Set-Up Operator to join our team at PCS Technical Services. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines.

Shift Details:
1st Shift, 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

Compensation:
Hourly rate ranging from $18.00 to $21.00, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute machine setups for various product lines.
  • Operate filling machines and related packaging equipment in accordance with specifications.
  • Verify that all necessary product components are available before production begins.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain compliance with product standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas post-production.
  • Properly dispose of waste and clean-up materials.
  • Complete and submit all production-related documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with equipment setup procedures.
  • Ability to perform basic calculations and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient in using measuring and testing instruments.
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with packaging machinery is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a reliable work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; prior experience in warehouse or packaging environments is preferred.
