Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor sales representatives' performance.
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Demonstrated record of achievement in sales.
