Job Summary

TPLink Systems Inc. is currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Greenville, SC.

This role involves managing a territory via telephone and overseeing the work of inside sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Rout qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of previous working experience as an inside Sales Manager.
  • Networking industry or related industry experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with product specific information and ability to utilize it to position features and benefits to customers.
