Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist users with technical issues and provide resolution to problems independently.

  • Experience in working in IT production support systems and a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO.
  • Minimum of 5 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger and 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.
Requirements:
  • Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls.
  • Raising risks, issues, and escalation to senior management and customer.
  • Creating quality documents, collecting metrics data, and conducting Audits.
  • Performing Value creation and KM activities.
  • Creating project plans and keeping track of schedule for on-time delivery as per defined quality standards.
  • Ensuring process improvement and compliance, and participating in technical design discussions and reviewing technical documents.
