Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service center, ensuring excellent customer service and a safe working environment.
  • Lead and train a team of technicians and service advisors to optimize their development and performance.
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor, and financial performance to achieve profit plan goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures.
  • Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized service center, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service leadership, building trust and loyalty with our customers.

Requirements

  • 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Effective interpersonal, oral communication skills, and ability to perform mathematical calculations.
