At Gerald Auto Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Automotive Sales Director to lead our sales team to success. As a Senior Automotive Sales Director, you will be responsible for determining monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits. You will work closely with each salesperson and manager to set and establish specific goals and objectives, creating a positive sales culture and a team atmosphere that focuses on employee retention.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales, with experience in dealer management, sales desk, and finance office. You will be responsible for conducting sales meetings, creating a comprehensive sales strategy, and driving our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will be a motivator with a professional appearance and attitude, honesty, integrity, compassion, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for training and developing our sales team, with a focus on employee retention and growth.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sales volume and profitability.
  • Lead and manage our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales management.
