Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store team, responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment. As a results-driven professional, you will use successful key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure your performance and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate store associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer traffic, and inventory levels to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance store appearance
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives

Requirements

  • High school education required; some college preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • 1 year of management experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, carry up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job
