Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
- Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
- Maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, and other tasks.
- Work independently on daily tasks and cooperate with team members.
- May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
