Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store results
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • High school education required; some college preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • 1 year of management experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, carry up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical requirements of the job
