Job Summary

As a key member of our culinary team, the Executive Sous Chef will play a vital role in leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth operation of all culinary functions.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality of food products.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to achieve budgetary targets.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer

Marriott International Inc offers a competitive salary range of $91,000 to $120,000 annually, plus a range of benefits and incentives, including a bonus program, comprehensive health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, and more.
