Requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating a strategy for Field Operations that aligns with the vision of the business
  • Developing detailed plans on a yearly basis and tracking progress
  • Analyzing industry trends, strategies, and performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Preparing regular reports on Field Operations for Gray leadership
  • Growing and developing the leadership teams of Field Operations
  • Developing and enforcing processes and procedures within field ops
  • Working with teams to develop proper training and development programs
  • Developing and managing budgets for Field Operations
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Markets Leaders, Customers, and team members
  • Leading recruitment efforts that align with Market strategies
