RequirementsWe are looking for a highly motivated individual with a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of fifteen years of experience in field construction management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating a strategy for Field Operations that aligns with the vision of the business
- Developing detailed plans on a yearly basis and tracking progress
- Analyzing industry trends, strategies, and performance to identify areas for improvement
- Preparing regular reports on Field Operations for Gray leadership
- Growing and developing the leadership teams of Field Operations
- Developing and enforcing processes and procedures within field ops
- Working with teams to develop proper training and development programs
- Developing and managing budgets for Field Operations
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Markets Leaders, Customers, and team members
- Leading recruitment efforts that align with Market strategies
