Personal Support Assistant

Job OverviewThis is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and overnights. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Tasks- Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $37,000, based on 20 hours of work per week. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits and perks, including paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for professional development.
