Scribe and Medical Support Specialist

Apico Pain Management is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the delivery of high-quality medical services.
Key Responsibilities
• Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record.
• Assist physicians with documentation of patient visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with care.
• Be knowledgeable about medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields.
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures and electronic medical records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
Work Environment
Our office is located in Dover and Lewes, DE, and this position requires working in-person. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
