Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and efficient approach.
- Engage with customers on the sales floor and assist with checkout processes.
- Familiarize yourself with various departments to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Welcome all customers and manage donation transactions, providing receipts as needed.
- Participate in backroom operations and assist with processing donations.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous.

Essential Skills:
- Proficient in operating cash registers, adding machines, credit card terminals, and telephones.
- Ability to adhere to pricing guidelines and follow both oral and written instructions.
- Strong mathematical skills and sound judgment.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions.
