Job Description

As a Retail Sales Specialist at Best Buy, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert recommendations on Amazon devices and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert service and recommendations on Amazon devices and services
  • Maintain knowledge of Amazon products and services through required trainings and certifications
  • Use skills learned from training to create positive experiences for customers
  • Generate future opportunities by discovering customers' current and long-term tech needs
  • Maintain specified department merchandising and organization
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Preferred qualifications: 3 months of experience working in customer service, sales, or related fields
