Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering service calls from end-users and providing technical assistance

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience troubleshooting commercial/industrial equipment
  • Comfortable working with 120, 240, and 480V electrical systems
  • Proficient in using multimeters and reading electrical schematics
  • Mechanically inclined with experience working with industrial equipment/machinery
  • Articulate and possess a problem-solving mindset
  • Basic computer and Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with equipment that involves water
  • ERP/MRP knowledge
  • Troubleshooting experience via phone and email
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
