Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service and exceed expectations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing account-specific strategies and solutions to drive retention and growth.
  • Act as primary escalation point for client concerns and proactively resolve issues with customer service.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess expectations and performance.
  • Identify and present opportunities for new business and enhancements.
  • Monitor the implementation of approved work orders and ensure successful execution.
  • Work with business development staff to achieve branch sales goals and generate sales opportunities within client portfolios.
  • Effectively manage client transitions from the sales team to the operations team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience in Aspire Landscape Operating System preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to change and travel up to 50%.
