As part of the Enrollment Services team, you will engage in professional development and coaching, guided by the Gallup model, aimed at identifying and nurturing your strengths through a personalized growth plan.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $58,618 to $69,685, with the starting point determined by the candidate's education, experience, and skills. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, and retirement plans.
Additional benefits include generous vacation and sick leave accruals, 12 paid holidays annually, and perks such as tuition waivers for employees and eligible family members, discounted sports tickets, access to campus fitness facilities, and free transportation via STA buses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in event planning, admissions, recruitment, or student advising.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
- Availability for evening and weekend events, as well as multi-day recruitment trips, necessitating a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SCT Banner (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated interest and experience in promoting cultural competency and diversity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning, particularly for virtual events.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with Ellucian Banner, Slate, or similar document imaging and CRM software.
Conditions of Employment: This position may involve handling university funds or items of value and requires unsupervised access to individuals with developmental disabilities.
