Housing Community Coordinator

The Housing Community Coordinator will play a pivotal role in leading staff, fostering positive interactions with residents and community partners, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and performance assessment of team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and community partners
  • Manage property activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Implement organizational policies and procedures
  • Oversee daily property operations, including leasing activities and financial oversight
  • Ensure effective management and upkeep of physical assets
  • Prepare properties for inspections and compliance audits
  • Administer property budgets and maintain accurate financial documentation
  • Facilitate rent collection and strive for optimal occupancy rates
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience in property management, particularly within affordable housing
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with relevant programs and regulatory frameworks

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities
