Job Summary

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for the overall operations and sales of the store. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive sales, mentor, and motivate team members to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store sales and meet or exceed monthly performance quotas and expectations
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Maintain compliance with all CPNI, PII, and social media regulations
  • Ensure excellent customer service experience and troubleshoot customer escalations
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, cash management, and labor budgets
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, including training, coaching, and performance management
  • Stay up-to-date with T-Mobile products, services, and systems, and effectively communicate this knowledge to team members
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Must pass initial and ongoing background checks
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and move around the store all day
Pay and Benefits

$56.10 per hour, plus potential store bonus
