Commercial Steel Project Manager/Sales Estimator

The Commercial Steel Project Manager/Sales Estimator is a key role that requires a unique blend of sales and project management skills. As a sales estimator, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth. As a project manager, you will oversee the financial performance of assigned jobs and ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Estimate costs and develop project budgets
- Manage project timelines and resources
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering, or marketing discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
- At least 7 years of direct industry experience
- 3 years of project management experience and 3 years of estimating experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
