Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the laboratory equipment market, leveraging your expertise and relationships to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and drive growth.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of laboratory equipment sales or customer service/support experience within the bioscience industry.
- Education: BS degree in Biology, Life Science, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, solution-based sales approach, results-oriented, ability to engage multiple stakeholders, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Total Target Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 inclusive of base plus sales and service incentive.
