Key Responsibilities:

  • Licensed Loan Officers will receive a high volume of qualified leads daily from our dedicated call center.

  • Build rapport with clients, analyze their financial situations, and identify the most suitable loan products to meet their objectives.

  • Meet minimum production standards, including originations and findings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage origination.
  • Compliance with NMLS SAFE ACT regulations.
  • Ability to work full-time with a strong attendance record.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
