Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align expectations and work alongside Program Managers to define timelines for project deliverables at the initiation phase using the project brief.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all project components to provide prompt consultation to internal stakeholders regarding any issues or challenges.
  • Support Program Managers in navigating projects through content, editorial, production, live events, marketing, and distribution processes, ensuring effective communication with team members as necessary.
  • Disseminate project deliverables and pertinent information to internal team members, including updates on project progress and modifications in project scope.
  • Oversee internal and external program scheduling, manage KOL communications, honoraria requests, travel arrangements, and prepare internal reports.
  • Ensure project briefs are regularly updated and appropriately archived.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager and supervisor to troubleshoot any obstacles affecting project deliverables.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and set a positive example, focusing on professionalism, achieving project delivery objectives, and effective communication.
  • Organize weekly project meeting agendas for ACCC program deliverables.
  • Coordinate all new project kickoffs and ensure the internal point of contact is equipped to address matters during the kickoff meeting.
  • Ensure Workfront is current and ready for review.
  • Update and maintain project documentation on the Project Management Teams/SharePoint site.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to guarantee the successful development and execution of client deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare association management is advantageous.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of organization and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments.
  • Proficient in computer applications: Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, DocuSign, Zoom.
  • Preferred: Experience with Adobe Workfront.
Travel Requirements:
  • Up to 10% travel, including quarterly trips for CMI and client meetings.
  • Additional travel as required.
