Job Title: BSC Operations Manager

Associated Students Inc. (ASI) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BSC Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bronco Student Center (BSC). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient use of the BSC, including emergency response protocols, facility access, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations for the safe use of the BSC
  • Recruit, select, train, supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop operations staff
  • Develop and implement safety policies and guidelines
  • Manage facility access and security
  • Develop and facilitate emergency response training
  • Track and assess accident and incident trends
  • Prepare and present the BSC Operations budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum three years of progressive management and supervisory experience in facilities or building operations
  • Demonstrated budgetary and risk management experience
  • Current American Red Cross certifications
Working Environment:

The BSC Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse student population and campus community. The successful candidate will be required to sit, talk, and hear, as well as use office equipment and walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 45 pounds.

Position subject to an occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Annual bloodborne pathogen training is required.
