Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Behavioral Health Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and providing care to patients with behavioral health needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including medication management and wound care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted state RN license
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
- Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
- Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
