Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our technicians' schedules, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate service schedules for our technicians to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Respond to customer calls, understand their needs, and schedule work orders accordingly
- Review and verify technician paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with managers, technicians, and customers to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- Take initiative to adapt to changing schedules and communicate updates to affected parties

- Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a multiple-line phone system and communicate effectively
- Geographical knowledge of the service area or map reading skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Service Titan software
