Results (Ascension – Saint Thomas) is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to enhance our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate the sales process with confidentiality and persuasive communication.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
- Provide strategic recommendations for sales tactics and relay market insights to the Marketing Department.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Regional Directors alongside Marketing Staff to enhance partner prospecting.
- Develop essential leadership capabilities to achieve both immediate and long-term goals.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through targeted accounts and proactive market research.
- Foster growth within the existing client base.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Experience in Medical or Healthcare Sales is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in a multi-objective work environment is beneficial.

Position Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the designated region, including some overnight stays.
- Exposure to various environments, including clinical settings such as hospitals and clinics, is expected.
