Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate the sales process with confidentiality and persuasive communication.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for sales tactics and relay market insights to the Marketing Department.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Regional Directors alongside Marketing Staff to enhance partner prospecting.
  • Develop essential leadership capabilities to achieve both immediate and long-term goals.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through targeted accounts and proactive market research.
  • Foster growth within the existing client base.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Experience in Medical or Healthcare Sales is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a multi-objective work environment is beneficial.

Position Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 70% within the designated region, including some overnight stays.
  • Exposure to various environments, including clinical settings such as hospitals and clinics, is expected.
