Position Summary
As the Event Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying and coordinating events throughout Northern California. Your responsibilities will encompass managing logistics, staffing, marketing, and all preparatory activities for Stateside Vodka events in the region.

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and select events that enhance Stateside Vodka's visibility to potential customers.
2. Schedule and coordinate events, ensuring all logistics, staffing, marketing, and preparations are executed flawlessly.
3. Recruit, hire, and train promotional staff to effectively represent Stateside Vodka at various events.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with local promotional organizations for collaborative event efforts.
5. Oversee the organization and visual presentation of table setups for all local promotional tastings.
6. Accurately report promotional staff hours to payroll on a weekly basis.
7. Obtain necessary permits for events and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
8. Organize donation initiatives and events for charities and community requests.
9. Conduct post-event evaluations, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- At least 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications upon employment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the spirits industry or related sectors, including the 3-tier distribution system for alcoholic beverages.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Brand Ambassador.

Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000-$71,000 USD annually.
