About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Advisor to support our
CFO & COO. This individual will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and play a crucial role in delivering strategic direction and assistance across various facets of the organization. The position encompasses strategic planning, project oversight, growth initiatives, financial evaluation, and operational enhancement for both clinical and non-clinical projects. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical, communication, and leadership abilities, along with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Evaluation and Modeling

  • Perform thorough financial evaluations, including valuation, pro forma financial statements, and synergy assessments.


  • Create and sustain intricate financial models to facilitate M&A activities.
  • Conduct sensitivity assessments to evaluate the effects of various scenarios on financial outcomes.


Due Diligence

  • Support the due diligence process by collecting and analyzing pertinent data, including financial statements, operational metrics, and market insights.


  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure all due diligence requirements are met promptly.


Project Oversight

  • Monitor and track high-priority clinical and non-clinical initiatives for strategy owners and identify potential challenges.


  • Communicate project status to leadership, engaging other leaders or team members as necessary.


  • Lead project teams that require input from various departments within the organization.
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration among multiple stakeholders and assist in decision-making.
  • Research, benchmark, analyze data, and provide recommendations.

Financials / Operations / Team Development

  • Report on financial and operational performance to the executive leadership team.
  • Oversee meeting preparations and the creation of meeting materials.
  • Analyze clinical opportunities.
  • Achieve productivity ratios and budget targets for operational objectives through the appropriate tools.


  • Participate in budget development across divisions; monitor staffing and patient loads.
  • Provide decision support through data collection, information analysis, and presenting insights to relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, finance, or a related field; graduate degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in driving healthcare operations, M&A strategy, and development within healthcare, clinical, or provider organizations is strongly preferred.


  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and professionalism as a representative of the Chief Strategy Officer & CFO.


  • Proven track record of exceptional analytical problem-solving and high efficiency.
  • Ability to excel in demanding environments; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Fast and thoughtful, delivering results with both high velocity and quality.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and self-directed; capable of engaging and effectively driving results across multiple stakeholders (in-person and virtually).

Work Environment:

  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure, requiring work both in-office and remotely on a weekly basis.


  • The annual total compensation target pay range for this role is: $200,000 - $240,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
