Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, implement, and manage various marketing technology platforms to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, and other marketing technology solutions.
  • Optimize platforms to streamline marketing operations and provide technical support for digital marketing campaigns and projects, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other marketing technology solutions to ensure they align with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all content is search engine optimization (SEO)-optimized and adheres to digital marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and high-converting content across various digital channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, information technology (IT), and other teams to align digital efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on campaign performance, technical updates, and new opportunities.
