Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complex and full life-cycle recruitment, including technical, professional, and leadership positions
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve the employer brand and candidate experience
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines to support the company's growth
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and culture, and to develop effective recruitment solutions
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels and develop relationships with them
  • Coordinate interview and panel interview processes to identify the best candidates for each position
  • Extend employment offers and complete all pre-employment requirements
  • Manage job postings and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
  • Work with internal partners to promote the company as a desirable place to work and to attract top talent
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Advanced recruitment techniques, negotiation, project management, and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to set priorities, exercise independent judgment, and work well under pressure
  • Strong relationship and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Team player attitude, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Expertise in adaptability, accountability, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
