ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Restaurant Operations Supervisor receives guidance and training from the General Manager and is responsible for leading the team, including supervising younger staff members. Throughout each shift, they motivate and direct team members to ensure efficient operations at their designated stations, following up to confirm that tasks are completed promptly and in accordance with company standards.

This role requires compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including OSHA and EEOC standards, while also enforcing company policies and procedures. The Supervisor utilizes various cost control measures to meet food, paper, and labor goals during their shifts, ensuring that the restaurant is prepared to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional service.

It is essential to discuss job responsibilities with the General Manager, who will outline the critical functions necessary for the restaurant's success.

The Restaurant Operations Supervisor will be scheduled based on business requirements, and while no specific hours can be guaranteed, the position demands a hands-on management style and involves physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
