Job Summary

As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide exceptional medical care to patients, ensuring their health and well-being. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing patient care, communicating effectively, and making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with patients in a professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Obtain health history, perform examinations, and diagnose patients.
  • Direct counseling and prescribe medication as needed.
  • Perform procedures in accordance with professional credentialing.
  • Arrange referrals for patients requiring specialized care.
  • Review In-Basket daily and address time-sensitive patient information.
  • Ensure continuity of care and comply with Riverview Health medical staff bylaws.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a medical school recognized by the Medical Licensing Board.
  • Valid Physician license in the state of Indiana.
  • Controlled Substance Registry license in the state of Indiana.
  • DEA license.
