Midas Building Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to project operations teams, including assistant project managers, project coordinators, and general superintendents.
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including bidding, subcontractor management, and owner communication.
- Project Oversight: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience in a construction project management position, with a focus on commercial general contracting.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects, with a minimum value of $20MM.
- Experience working in the St. Louis construction industry, with knowledge of local regulations and market trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Proficiency in project management and accounting software, with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
