Job Summary:

The School Registrar is responsible for performing clerical duties related to student enrollment and permanent records. This includes typing and maintaining permanent record cards, sending and receiving student transcripts, and responding to requests for information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage student records, including semester grades, test scores, and class rankings
  • Process student transcripts and reference forms
  • Maintain records of student withdrawals and outstanding financial obligations
  • Prepare lists of senior students and assist with diploma ordering
  • Compile and tabulate enrollment data for reports
