Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team at MITRE. As a key member of our Human and Organizational Systems department, you will play a critical role in supporting our federal sponsors and partners in tackling complex national and global challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support organizational transformations and stakeholder engagement.
- Advise project teams on organizational and workforce risks, and implement mitigations to minimize operational disruptions and enhance organizational performance.
- Conduct organizational assessments, analyze findings, and develop recommendations to support change adoption.
- Contribute to the development of HOS knowledge and skills through direct project work and/or MITRE's independent research program.
- Design and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other in-person or virtual convenings to align and mobilize stakeholders towards a shared goal.
- Must be a US citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD clearance.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience in Organizational Change Management, Organization Development, Project Management, or Operations Management.
- Demonstrated experience with organization development, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- MS, MBA, or PhD in Organization Development, Organizational Leadership and Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Neuroscience, or Psychology.
- Application of frameworks, models, and methods related to change management, organizational assessments, team performance, leadership development, and/or strategic communications and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with business innovation processes and approaches, management consulting in the federal government sector, and project management.
