Job Title: Software Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our employees and customers. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our business systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CE.
  • Offer technical assistance to end-users via various channels, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to deploy and manage software applications, updates, and patches across all systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including inventory, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to end-users on IT-related topics, including software applications, security protocols, and data management practices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve escalated technical issues and coordinate hardware repairs or replacements.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in IT support, proactively recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Helpdesk.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Power Platform, and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra, Exchange, and Intune administration.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and documentation of standard procedures.
