Job Summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Director to lead our voter mobilization efforts in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 25-50 hourly staff, setting goals, and holding staff accountable. You will also train and provide ongoing motivation and support to staff, identify and promote leadership team members, and build a diverse team that fosters a culture of equity and justice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of canvassers to mobilize groups of voters
  • Set goals and hold staff accountable
  • Train and motivate staff
  • Identify and promote leadership team members
  • Build a diverse team that fosters a culture of equity and justice
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure integrity of the work
  • Go in the field yourself to collect signatures, train staff, and drive office goals
  • Maintain a healthy and safe working environment for all staff

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate a large team
  • Eagerness to lead from the front and canvass several days a week
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to instill that quality in others
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong passion for community organizing and fostering civic engagement
  • Track record of equity and inclusion
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $1,250 - $1,600 per week
