Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the Creative Team
- Inspire and guide a talented group of art directors, designers, content strategists, copywriters, and producers to produce top-tier creative work within the life sciences sector.
- Advance creative processes and tools to enhance quality and efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Expand our creative capabilities through effective management, mentorship, and recruitment of creative talent.
- Provide ongoing training, constructive feedback, and support to creative teams, including conducting annual performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Resourcing Manager to address workload challenges, ensuring optimal use of team members' skills and advocating for necessary time to deliver high-quality work.
- Stay informed on design trends, advertising technologies, and cultural shifts to ensure the development of relevant digital products and branding.
Client and Internal Collaboration
- Exhibit strategic collaboration with client teams, agency creatives, and account managers.
- Build credibility with clients by understanding their business, brand, and key stakeholders, leading creative discussions and presentations.
- Champion innovative ideas that align with omni-channel marketing strategies, conceptualizing comprehensive, digitally-driven brand campaigns.
- Effectively present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Contribute to the creation or review of creative briefs that provide strategic insights and inspiration.
- Educate clients on design principles, usability, and emerging trends in the creative landscape.
- Engage with high-profile clients, understanding their motivations and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in creative roles within agencies, particularly with omni-channel pharmaceutical clients.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading creative teams.
- A solid understanding of all core creative disciplines.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing effective design, copy, and digital user experiences.
- Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and user experience across various digital platforms.
- Ability to generate original ideas and communicate them confidently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Capability to shift focus between overarching strategies and detailed execution.
- Strong aptitude for providing clear creative direction and timely, constructive feedback.
