Job Title: Sr. Assistant, Executive

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sr. Assistant, Executive. In this role, you'll provide advanced-level administrative support to our executive leaders, including planning, coordinating, and organizing complex projects and tasks. You'll also be responsible for managing executive schedules, arranging appointments, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executive leaders, including planning, coordinating, and organizing complex projects and tasks.
  • Manage executive schedules, arrange appointments, and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks, analyzing problems, determining approaches, and compiling and analyzing data.
  • Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties, contacting company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information on behalf of executive leaders.
  • Communicate on behalf of executive leaders, determining the most appropriate method of communication by assessing situations and applying judgment.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years of experience supporting executive leaders
  • Experience with OrgPlus
  • Organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
