Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional II with a Master's degree to join our team at Research Psychiatric Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient-focused care by delivering supervised mental health services to patients and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one, group, and family psychoeducational and process groups to promote patient understanding and empowerment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring a comprehensive and patient-centered approach.
  • Assess and identify risk factors, screening criteria, and interventions for patients with special precautions, such as suicide, homicide, falls, and elopement.
  • Collaborate with the team to assess and coordinate patients' discharge planning needs and readiness for discharge, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.
  • Conduct post-discharge follow-up as indicated to ensure patient stability and well-being.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • LMSW License or in the process of obtaining.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of employment start date.
