Job Overview

A+ Consulting is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily collection and analysis of production control metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Gather, assess, and input production data into the centralized Production Database.
  • Collaborate with the production resource leader to address and rectify any inconsistencies.
  • Prepare and disseminate daily production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to both line and functional teams.
  • Collect and organize food safety documentation to ensure readiness for audits.
  • Proactively report and take necessary measures to avert food safety and quality issues.
  • Update product additions and removals as required for the production schedule adjustments.
  • Retrieve sales orders and formulate the production schedule, ensuring all production documents are printed and distributed.
  • Make necessary adjustments to schedules when changes arise.
  • Maintain current records in the WINSPC system, Montrose, and Validators.
  • Provide process data to enhance performance for both functional and line teams.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to support production goals.
  • Keep daily Associate rosters updated, tracking vacations, leaves, and holidays.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly in data entry, MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules with minimal notice.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Production Control or a related field is preferred.
  • A combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the role may be considered.
