Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team at McGriff Insurance Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, quoting and selling new business, and cross-selling additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive sales growth and client retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Meet or exceed production goals and targets to validate and achieve additional incentives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field or equivalent education and experience
  • Appropriate insurance licenses and certifications
  • Three years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
