Position Overview

Program Insight: Movement Labs is initiating an innovative political strategy incubator in preparation for the upcoming elections. Our objective is to devise and execute methods that engage, mobilize, and register voters to counteract prevailing political influences. Role Summary: We are in search of dynamic student leaders to serve as Campus Organizers-in-Training. Ideal candidates are those who possess a strong passion for making a positive difference in their communities and are characterized as creative, sociable, and diligent. This position will contribute to our turnout initiatives by developing volunteer networks at universities. As a Campus Organizer-in-Training, you will be instrumental in the execution of our programs. This role will report to the designated Organizer.

  • Shows creativity and innovation, with a talent for unconventional thinking.
  • Is enthusiastic about engaging with fellow students and potential volunteers.
  • Exhibits flexibility in work hours.
  • Is a self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Is available to work during weekends and varying hours as necessary.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous.
