Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lender to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining commercial banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and screen new business opportunities for prospective clients, focusing on commercial lending opportunities and cross-selling deposit relationships.
  • Provide support to existing commercial and business banking clients, coordinating with client service, treasury management, portfolio management, and operations staff.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for negotiations and issue resolution for clients in your portfolio.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and financial data for tracking and reporting, developing business banking solutions, resolving issues, and minimizing risk.
  • Increase customer base and impact the bank's bottom line through the origination of quality credits with a focus on deepening relationships beyond commercial financing needs.
  • Provide information required to assist credit staff in preparing, analyzing, and delivering credit solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Comply with internal security policies and procedures, maintaining customer confidentiality.
  • Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record-keeping requirements, completing required training related to bank regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Strong sales background, C&I preferred, with at least 5 years of commercial banking and/or commercial credit experience.
